TS Connect – Teen Registration

This form needs to be completed by a parent/guardian of a teen who is not coming as part of a group to a TeenStreet Connect Event. 

TeenStreet Connect is a one-day event organised for teens aged 13 – 17 years old as part of our year-round discipleship programme to inspire and equip them to grow in their relationship with Jesus-Christ. The Event is packed with worship, teaching, small group discussions, workshop and fun activities.

Date: 9 December 2023

Time : 11:00 am – 3:30pm

Venue: Bell Farm Church (South Rd, West Drayton, UB7 9LW)

Lunch will be provided at the event by us.

Entry fees : £5 per person (to be paid up on arrival at the event)
