TS Connect – Teen Registration

This form needs to be completed by a parent/guardian of a teen who is not coming as part of a group to a TeenStreet Connect Event. 

TeenStreet Connect is a one-day event organised for teens aged 13 – 17 years old as part of our year-round discipleship programme to inspire and equip them to grow in their relationship with Jesus-Christ. The Event is packed with worship, teaching, small group discussions, workshop and fun activities.

Time : 10:00 am – 2:30pm

Venue: OM Quinta, Weston Rhyn, Oswestry SY10 7LT

Entry is free for all, lunch will be provided at the event by us.
