TeenStreet UK
What is TeenStreet UK?
TeenStreet UK is a discipleship programme for teens from all across the UK and beyond. We want to journey with churches and youth groups across the UK to inspire and equip teens to become disciple makers. Through discipleship, we want to build a vibrant community of Jesus followers among the least reached.
TeenStreet UK currently runs a week-long camp in the summer, as well as one-day events across the UK in local churches. Your church could be one of them!
As a ministry of OM, TeenStreet events have flourished across Europe and around the world for more than 25 years. You can read about our history and values here.
After 2 amazing years at The Poplars in 2022 and 2023, we are very excited to partner with Capernwray for 2024 and beyond.
Why run TeenStreet UK?
We believe that all teens in the UK, as they journey with Jesus, should have the chance to do three things in an environment specifically designed for them: have fun, go deep, and be bold.
Our three core values of have fun, go deep and be bold shape the way TeenStreet events are run, with an emphasis on small groups and small group time for Bible Study as well as building friendships and having loads of fun.
We want to encourage teens to look beyond their own environments and be bold in their faith, and to help equip them to share it with others. During our summer week, teens have the opportunity to participate in workshops on a variety of topics; from how to share Jesus with their friends to asking the question “What does global mission look like and how can I be a part of it?”
Our one-day Connect events provide the chance for local churches to connect with TeenStreet and with each other, and build on their year-round discipleship of teens to encourage them to pursue God’s plan for their lives.
Who is TeenStreet UK for?
TeenStreet is aimed at teenagers aged 13-17 years old, their youth groups and youth leaders.
During our summer week, if you are 18+, we have many opportunities to come along and be a part of the Service Team!
