RAG (Raise And Give) is a way that we aim to connect teens with a cause at TeenStreet UK and have them work together to raise funds for young people around the world.
Through RAG we encourage teens to embrace a lifestyle of giving. Because Jesus gave it all, we get to give freely as well!
This year, our aim is to raise £2,500 to support 3 ministries in Italy.
Why Italy?
We have chosen to raise funds for these 3 projects run by OM in Italy to support them in their aim of giving all teens the chance to hear about Jesus and believe in Him.
OM Italy seeks to walk alongside churches to train, equip and resource their leaders and young people to see teenagers growing in their faith and being encouraged to to build vibrant communities of Jesus-followers across Italy and beyond.
The Projects
The Urban Bible
The Urban Bible is a specially designed New Testament created for evangelistic outreach in urban and youth contexts. This will also include other evangelistic resources for young people – such as devotional materials specifically designed to engage teenagers with the Bible in a fresh and practical way. It’s a powerful tool aimed at reaching younger generations in Italy with the message of the Gospel.

- Modern design: Eye-catching, contemporary graphics that resonate with young people.
- Interactive content: QR codes embedded throughout the Bible with links to videos, testimonies, and other multimedia content that help bring the Message to life.
- Accessible language: A clear, contemporary Italian translation (Biblica) that makes the text easier to read and understand.
Scholarships to TeenStreet
Many young people in Italy struggle to afford the full cost of attending TeenStreet Europe’s main summer event.
OM in Italy are hoping to set up a sponsorship or scholarship fund which will work in partnership with local churches to help support their teens in participating in this TeenStreet event.
The cost for Italian teens to attend TeenStreet Europe’s summer event is roughly 250 euros per person.
Short-Term Missions Fund
One of TeenStreet’s vision is to see young people being BOLD in sharing their faith with those around them.
OM in Italy would love to create a fund to support teens who attend TeenStreet and feel called to take the next step in being BOLD in their faith – joining a short-term mission trip!
This fund would help give Italian teenagers the opportunity to be involved in tailored short-term mission outreaches, giving them hands-on opportunity to serve and grow in faith beyond the TeenStreet events.
How to get involved?
There are so many fun ways to raise money for these project in Italy – and it all starts with our sponsored Colour Run during our TeenStreet summer event!
Run laps, raise money, make a difference. Not a runner? No problem! You can still take part in the fun. The afternoon will be packed with awesome fundraising events — mocktails, candy floss, games, and maybe even a dunk tank — all to support OM’s mission in Italy.
