If you have other food allergies or intolerances, please include them in your booking form so that we can identify for you when a dish contains those ingredients. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Please note that while we take care to prevent cross-contamination, any product may contain traces of allergens as all our meals are produced in the same kitchen. If your dietary needs alter after your booking please let us know what has changed.

If you have any additional queries about food, please  email us at teenstreet.uk@om.org.

Though your 3 main meals are catered for, you may want to bring some extra money for the Beehive Café, Merch Stand, or Book Shop onsite.

No animals are allowed onsite except for registered service animals. If you have a service animal, please email teenstreet.uk@om.org before applying. We will need you to ensure it wears a harness or lead that identifies it at all times on site.

Groups and individuals

Our desire is to partner with the church’s youth group. Individuals or groups without leaders are certainly welcome at TeenStreet UK, but we believe that the time will be more effective if the teens and leaders go through the same experience.

If you are bringing a smaller group than six teens, we may combine your teens with others coming in other groups less than six, or as individuals. Please email to discuss this further.

Should a Church group want to stay together for their small group sessions, this is possible as long as there are two leaders to every six teens within that group. This ratio can be discussed in individual circumstances. If you are the leader booker of a large church group, please get in touch with us prior to the event by email at teenstreet.uk@om.org.

We welcome big groups and small groups, as well as individuals.

We do not put a limit on the number of teens and small group leaders that can come from any one Church. We want to encourage as many as possible to come and participate. Where possible it would be great to have two leaders attend with every six teens to run small groups.

We also welcome other adults to serve in a variety of roles.

We may be able to accept 12 year olds who are actively involved in and coming as part of a youth group, and can participate on a level with 13 and 14 year olds for small group  Bible Study sessions as well as during the rest of the programme.

Please contact us at teenstreet.uk@om.org to discuss this.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept 12 year olds wishing to sign up as individuals.

If you’re a teen coming as part of a Church, we will try and put you with your leader.

Where possible we would encourage Churches to bring one leader for up to every six teens to run their small groups.

You are welcome to come on your own or with a friend. You will be placed in a small group for the week for Small Group Time including Bible studies, and your Small Group Leader will be there to support you during the week.

If you have any friends who are also coming on their own you’d like to be in a group with, please put their name on your application form.

Teens and adults are welcome! We will ensure that all teens are part of a suitable small group with a small group leader who will look after them for the duration of the week.

Adults will be encouraged to fulfil a serving role that suits their gifts and talents.

We want to help youth leaders to invest in their teens, and so we want to invest in youth leaders by making it possible for them to come along!

For every six teens in a church group, bring one youth leader free – for camping, comfort camping or a shared room. Please get in touch with us by email at teenstreet.uk@om.org if you are bringing at least 6 teens from your church so we can arrange your free space.

Adults Serving

Adults serving at TeenStreet UK 2026 summer camp must be 18 or older.

Depending on your role, you should expect to serve around 8 hours each day.

Adult volunteers (those who are not small group leaders) will be expected to join devotions during the day, depending on their duties, and join in with evening worship.

If the role of Small Group Leader fits your gifts and talents, as well as your role at church then we would hope you would join us as a Small Group Leader.

If another role fits your gifts and talents better, please let us know on the applicaiton form.

Yes, all adults require a valid and current enhanced DBS check in line with TeenStreet UK and OM UK’s Safeguarding Policy.

If you already have a DBS certificate, please provide us with the details on your application form.

If you do not have a valid DBS, you’ll receive an email asking you to apply for a new check. You’ll be guided through the process from there on.

Safety and Security

The safety of everyone onsite is a top priority for the TeenStreet UK leadership team.

TeenStreet UK staff complete risk assessments  ahead of the event for every aspect of the event.

Teens are not permitted to leave the TeenStreet site during the week of TeenStreet, apart from during the outreach opportunities, without express permission or in an emergency as directed by the TeenStreet UK team.

During outreach, teens will be accompanied by adults at all times.

Further details on safety and security can be made available upon request.

TeenStreet UK required all adults onsite to have a relevant and current DBS check. All adults at TeenStreet UK are required to sign and follow the TeenStreet UK guidelines regarding their interaction with teens.  For more detailed information about our child protection policies, please contact us by email at teenstreet.uk@om.org.

We believe that everyone needs someone to walk alongside them and to talk to, particularly at a camp where we see God moving!

Every teen is placed in a Small Group, with 2  Small Group Leaders who are directly responsible for caring and supporting the teens throughout the week.

To care for the health and wellbeing of our Small Group Leaders so that they can support the teens well, each Small Group Leader meets with the Prayer & Support Team each day and will have access to training and other resources both during and ahead of the event.

Adults serving in other roles can also look to the Prayer and Support Team, as well as the Service Team lead for support during the week. All adults will have access to training and resources suitable for their roles ahead of the event.

While mobiles are welcome at TeenStreet UK, please keep in mind that it is a very busy schedule. If you need to contact the OM staff during the week for whatever reason, there will be an emergency number available. All details will be provided before the event.
